This is an experimental product of the Wales-ish OpenTripPlanner Graph project.
It looks at travel times between points in each LSOA in Wales.

Travel time matrices can be downloaded as CSVs with origin LSOAs as rows, destination LSOAs as columns and cells showing travel time in minutes.

Travel time matrices are made available by Adam Watkins under the ODbL v1.0, and are derived from street map information obtained from OpenStreetMap contributors, via Geofabrik.de, under the ODbL v1.0, heavy rail timetable information obtained from RSP Limited (Rail Delivery Group) under the CC-BY v2.0, and bus and other public transport services timetable information obtained from Traveline and the UK Department for Transport under the OGL v3.0.

MSOA names are from the House of Commons Library under the OPL.
